🗺️ Itinerary – Day by Day
Day 1: Phong Nha → Khe Sanh (210 km – 6 hrs)
Ride through Phong Nha-Ke Bang’s UNESCO jungles, following the western branch of the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. Visit war-era crossing points and remote ethnic villages. Overnight in Khe Sanh, site of the 1968 U.S. Marine siege.
Day 2: Khe Sanh → Hue (190 km – 6 hrs)
Visit Ta Con Airstrip, Hien Luong Bridge, and explore the haunting Vinh Moc Tunnels. Ride through peaceful flatlands along Tam Giang Lagoon into imperial Hue by sunset.
Day 3: Hue → Hoi An (175 km – 5 hrs)
Explore coastal backroads and fishing villages en route to Lang Co Peninsula. Cool off at Elephant Springs, then conquer the legendary Hai Van Pass. Visit Marble Mountain before arriving in lantern-lit Hoi An.
Day 4: Hoi An → Kham Duc (150 km – 5 hrs)
Visit craft villages, My Son Sanctuary, and then reconnect with the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Ride through isolated terrain, ending the day in the highland town of Kham Duc.
Day 5: Kham Duc → Kon Tum (170 km – 6 hrs)
Ride deep into the jungles of the Truong Son Range. Swim in mountain waterfalls and explore war sites like Charlie Hill and Dak To Battlefield. Overnight in Kon Tum.
Day 6: Kon Tum → Chu Se (180 km – 6 hrs)
Tour the Wooden Church and Vinh Son Orphanage. Visit Kon Ktu Village and ride past Sea Lake near Pleiku — an extinct volcanic crater. Overnight by the lakeside in Chu Se.
Day 7: Chu Se → Cu Jut (230 km – 7 hrs)
Ride through Ede villages, coffee plantations, and reach the stunning Dray Sap Waterfall. Swim in the “Fairy Pool” before staying in a traditional Long House in the jungle.
Day 8: Cu Jut → Lak Lake (140 km – 4 hrs)
Learn how locals make coffee and rice noodles. Hike Elephant Rock Mountain for panoramic views. Ride through rice fields to tranquil Lak Lake. Enjoy lakeside sunset and local hospitality.
Day 9: Lak Lake → Dalat (165 km – 5 hrs)
Experience Jun Village and M’nong culture, then ascend winding roads through jungles and waterfalls to the highland city of Dalat. Visit Elephant Waterfall and local silk factories.
Day 10: Dalat – Free Day
Relax in Dalat, the “City of Eternal Spring.” Explore its French-colonial architecture, local markets, and cafes. Optional activities: canyoning, paragliding, or a countryside tour.
Day 11: Dalat → Bao Loc (140 km – 4 hrs)
Visit Dalat highlights: Crazy House, Railway Station, Pongour Waterfall. Ride through Di Linh Plateau and visit local farms (flowers, tea, mushrooms). Overnight in Bao Loc.
Day 12: Bao Loc → Mui Ne (150 km – 5 hrs)
Ride through tea fields to Da Mi Dam, visit cashew processors, and K’ho village. End your day with a beach sunset after visiting Mui Ne’s White Sand Dunes and Fairy Springs.
Day 13: Mui Ne → Long Hai (170 km – 5 hrs)
Visit Champa Towers, ride along Vietnam’s scenic southeast coastline. Visit Ke Ga Lighthouse, the oldest in Southeast Asia. Explore Minh Dam Army Base and enjoy fresh seafood in Long Hai.
Day 14: Long Hai → Ho Chi Minh City (160 km – 5 hrs)
Final stretch! Ride along Ho Coc Beach, stop at Binh Chau Hot Springs and rubber plantations, then ferry into Saigon. End the tour around 4:00 PM at your hotel of choice.
